Fully automatic machine for self-service: 24 hours a day, more than 5000 items, stationary
In cooperation with the Kirschenhofer Maschinen GmbH and the butcher's shop Klein, a fully automated sales room was created that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to the storage capacity of over 5000 articles, the sales point impresses with the number of articles compared to conventional machines. The homemade sausage, pasta and spaetzle are continuously cooled in the digitized shelf system. Customers can easily and conveniently select and order the goods they want through a screen. A robotic arm then searches for these in the background and outputs them after payment.
In this way, a consistent, local offer could be created for customers. In future, the self-made products can also be offered outside the opening times of the shop. Whether on Sundays, public holidays or at night - spontaneous events are saved by the 24-hour fully automatic machine. The hygienic requirements ensure that a comprehensive range of products can be sold even in difficult times.
